   It is inherently dangerous to modify any motorcycle in any way beyond the specifications of the manufacturer. By installing or using this product, whether properly or improperly, purchaser agrees to accept all risks and liability that may arise from its use, including but not limited to damage to the motorcycle, other vehicles, any persons or personal or public properties. 

  By placing an order to have a solo cowl custom made for you, you affirm that you agree to the terms, conditions and warnings set forth on this page and understand that you are entering a contract to have a custom motorcycle part hand made for you. Furthermore you agree to indemnify, hold harmless and defend by all means, James Flodder, Braada Concepts, any partners, employees, agents, suppliers, contacts, or any other persons or entities known or unknown from any lawsuit or judgment that may arise directly or indirectly from the proper or improper use of this product. Use of this product is solely and completely at your own risk and responsibility.

  Slip on solo seat cowl is intended as an appearance item to be used only for cosmetic, off road, and show use. Before using this product on any legal street or highway or before using on any track-only motorcycle it must be permanently secured to the motorcycle seat. Such use is entirely at the risk and responsibility of the user.  Failure to secure the cowl may result in damage to the motorcycle or other vehicles, persons or personal property. Use of this product may not be legal in all areas. It is the end users responsibility to check their local laws and comply accordingly.

   Each solo cowl is a hand made custom accessory.  As with any special order custom piece orders must be prepaid. There are No Refunds and NO Returns, All sales are final. When your order is placed we immediately begin to process it, ordering the materials needed to make your custom piece and preparing them ahead of time. If you are unfamiliar with ordering a custom made part, do not understand or do not agree with these terms you are advised not to order a solo cowl directly from us. Your order is a contract between you and Braada Concepts of Indiana to custom build a product for you. If you have an order pending and would like to cancel this contract prior to product shipment you may do so and are entitled to a refund. Be aware that cancelled orders may take up to 4 weeks to refund and that orders cancelled via chargeback or by claim with PayPal will result in prohibition of reorder and possible banning from KatRiders.com at our sole discretion dependant on circumstances.
